Enjoy your shopping at our online store! Donoval – in compliance with the law – offers to all its customers the opportunity to return the purchased products.

You have up to 30 days after purchase for all orders placed.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Send us an email to [email protected], indicating the order number (you can find it in the order confirmation email) and the products you want to return.
2. Clearly describe the problem encountered, attaching at least one photograph
3. Prepare the products by packing them or placing them in a box
4. Send by any courier or vehicle of your choice to the address:

ACCREDITATION
The credit will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. We will send you an email as soon as we have processed the return and authorized the refund. The timing is different depending on the credit institution and the payment method used. If you have not received any communication within this time, please contact our customer service.

WARRANTY
All products marketed by Donoval are covered by legal guarantee of 24 months for lack of conformity, pursuant to art. 129) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
By virtue of the legal guarantee, Donoval is liable to the consumer (a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to business, industrial, commercial, craft or professional activities), for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product, as required by art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and within 24 months from the date of purchase.

To benefit from the assistance, the Customer must keep the delivery note or the invoice that he will receive together with the purchased goods. The Customer can always download the receipts relating to his purchases from the website www.donoval.it, by accessing the reserved area.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs of the goods in case of return of the product are charged to the buyer, who is free to use any courier or means of his choice. Donoval is not responsible for damage or loss caused during transport.

PRIVACY

The personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed in order to meet the express requests of the Customer and will, in no case and for no reason, be transferred to third parties. New Vision srl guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.03. As required by former art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 for the rights of the interested party: The processing of personal data has an exclusive commercial purpose and the requests are aimed only at practical use deriving from the sales relationship of the products we offer through our business. – Some of the required data are mandatory in view of payments and shipments for products sold, to ensure greater purchase security for both the customer and the company itself. The data will be processed exclusively by Donoval operators and professional figures relating to the legal and commercial activity of the company itself.
